Sailor Moon re-boot

Hey guys!

So, today, I want to talk about the Sailor Moon re-boot. I was so thrilled to hear that Viz would be re-dubbing and re-mastering all 200 episodes of the original Sailor Moon anime. (Yes, that includes stars S as well as the films) not to mention they said they were planning on releasing this re-mastered anime sometime In late 2014 and that it will be on DVD, Blu-Ray as well as digital. I, for one am quite excited to get my hands on this. And for you moonies who are reading this, apparently they're gonna do some changes to the original English dub (I.E: sailor Neptune and sailor Uranus are gonna be portrayed more as lovers as opposed to the original where they were cousins) but anyway, just wanted to share with you all the joy and excitement I feel about this.

Bronies

Hey guys!

AbiTheOtakuGirl here and today I want to talk about "bronies". 

In case you didn't know, a "brony" is a fan of "my little pony" who isn't in the target audience. I, for one, am willing to admit that I am a brony and I am not ashamed to say it! I like My Little Pony and there is nothing wrong with that! See, at first, I was really really scared to tell anyone that I am a brony because of all the horror stories I've heard about people being bullied and stuff because of it and I was afraid of what my friends were gonna say as well as my family. But once I told them, I realized there was nothing to fear. 

So, moral of the story: if you have something that you wish to share with your friends/family, (and it can be anything- sexuality, that your into a certain fandom, that your in a new relationship, ANYTHING really) go ahead and tell them. The worst that can happen is that they don't approve. But then again, it's not up to them to decide for you on this kind of stuff. If you feel as if you aren't ready to talk with them, they do so when you are ready.

My Cosplay came in!!!

Hey guys!

I don't know if I told you guys or not, but I ordered an Organization XIII Cosplay a few weeks ago and it just came in Friday night!! I am so happy and quite satisfied. I ordered it from HelloCosplay. Now I can't wait to get onto styling my wig and making the lexicon for my Zexion Cosplay for when I go to Animaritime this summer!!

Mini update

Hey guys!

Sorry for not updating in a while; I've been busy lately...anyways, I am happy to announce that I am in my school's student council next year AND my Cosplay just came in! I had ordered an organization XIII coat from hellocosplay.com and i just got it today!! I am so excited!! I will have pics soon...I promise! Anyways, not much else to say so this is AbiTheOtakuGirl making an exit! 

A month an a half!!!

Hey guys!

Anyway, I'm not exactly sure where you guys are all from, but in my home (Canada) we students got about a month and a half of school left. We finish around mid-June and then it's summer vacation. I am happy that the year is almost done...  Not to mention the week after all school is done (we fisnish about a week before elementary schools do) it's ANIMARITIME 2014!! I am super excited for it! I even ordered an organization XIII coat the other day and can't wait to get it! (I'm gonna be Zexion from the Kingdom Hearts series) here's a pic of him:

Sorry for not updating recently but I have an ok excuse:
First, I had no ideas whatsoever to talk about in my next post AND I have been without power since 10:30PM Sunday night so I didn't even have access to the internet...

My thoughts on "Lolita"

Hey everyone!
So, today I'd like to talk to you guys about "lolita". No, not the book by Vladimir Nabokov, I mean the Japanese street fashion.
Now, I personally don't wear lolita clothing, but would love to start wearing it! But, mind you, I wouldn't be wearing the "Sweet Lolita" clothing, like so:

Ok...maybe the blue ones...but NOT THE PINK ONES!!! I absolutely despise the color Pink!!  But, I would most definitely
wear the "gothic lolita" clothing. XD

Anyway, back to my point, I really like this style and would totally dress like that (If I had the money to buy such amazing things...)
